I keep a snack bag of a handful of almonds in the glovebox.. On the way home, I nibble on them. So, when I get home, I don't want to munch until dinner. Plus, I heard that almonds are good for getting rid of belly fat.

I always keep almonds handy, too. I count out 23 almonds (1 oz.) to keep in a container in my purse or bag. I keep a can/bag of almonds at work and home.
What I would like to know is which is a better choice: raw almonds, no salt or dry roasted almonds, no salt. I was reading labels and realized dry roasted almonds have much fewer calories but maybe they are missing their fat which is good for us. I prefer dry roasted but I don't want to miss out on the benefits of the good fat. Currently I mix them up.
Don't get fooled into eating cocoa covered, choc. covered, sweetened, high sodium, and other almonds that have been processed to make us crave them more and are not as healthy as whole, natural almonds.
