Doing your hair, putting on make-up and dressing nice helps you eat less.

Whenever its time for my to get a hair cut or new clothes because of my weight lose and I put off, I have less productive days until I do those things. I tend to feel junkie, so I eat junkie. But as soon as I do my hair and buy shape flattering clothes, I am back on the fast track to my goals.
