i love to make a pitcher of homemade ice tea with fresh mint, in a nice pitcher, i need to see the leaves, i pour a glass full in a special glass and sip away any stress !! and it seems so special. it takes me about a hour to sip a full 16oz of tea, if i was hungry or something was bothering me when i started it will be forgotten by the time i am finished and i am totally refreshed and full. those are great benefits.
there are other benefits, like tea is a great antioxidant and anti aging supplement among many others, try to have at least 1-3 glasses a day with your me time, it also counts as getting in some water. mint also has benefits so drink up.
