Yesterday's work did not put me down, surprising I feel pretty good. Been on the go today working in the house mostly. Did my thing yesterday aoutside and smart enough to give the back a rest. Tomorrow should be the last of trying to get things ready for the cleaning lady. Then I just start on othe projects I have to get done before cold weather. Do you think it is non ending when you have your own home and yard. Anyone that will say they have nothing to do come to my house. We need to slow down.

I have been maintaining for three weeks and am doing fine. My secret is just commonsense. I am continuing to track my food and exercise and it has been working. When I cheat (am trying to keep it to a minimum) I just have to be careful for the next few days.
I have a three year old girl and we were doing fine with her toys with clear plastic boxes until her brother came along (he is now two). To ease the picking-up process when he was smaller I photographed all the toys that went in each plastic box separately. I then TAPED the appropriate PICTURE to the box where it belonged. No more excuses, now even friends can place toys in their appropriate box and it prevents the kids from opening all the boxes to find THAT toy.
I'm a beginner runner. I find distance running very difficult. So now when I want to end the running, I ask myself, "What's wrong with me that I feel I need to stop?" Then I do a quick pain/body check. "My legs are fine, my abs are doing fine, my lungs are working and feeling great, my arms will keep going. I'm doing great and have no reason to stop!" This keeps me going sometimes even way past the goal I've set for myself that day.
