Buy the store bought browie mix and make it with black beans...... instead of eggs and oil. put the beans in blender to make them liquid, add to browie mix...mix as directed .bake as usually u wiil be surprised :)))) Fat free browies!!!!

    Yes, I saw this on The Dr Oz TV show here's the link to his recipe just copy and paste.


    I can attest that these brownies taste really good. I made the same recipe and gave the brownies to my nieces and nephews. They LOVE them! No Lie!
    They also enjoyed helping me prepare it - we have made this recipe together several times now. Here are my recipe instructions (slightly different but using the beans, brownie mix, and a some water).

    I drained and rinsed the black beans with water before I put them in the blender. When blending I added a little bit of water around 1/4 cup and blended the beans until smooth.
    I put the brownie mix in a separate bowl and added the "black bean mixture". I mixed everything together with a spoon and placed it in a greased pan (with Cooking Spray) and baked for 15-20 minutes at 300 degrees.
