When I recently started my weight loss plan, my doctor recommended adding 1 heaping tbsp of sugar free metamucil to 8 oz of water and drinking it (quickly), 30-60 minutes before each meal. It has really helped me to eat less at my main meals. The SF Lemonade is our favorite!

My best days staying on plan start with a good breakfast. Since I've always eaten breakfast that wasn't the challenge. Using the DASH diet meant leaving big bowls of cereal or 2 english muffin behind. I' 88 ve finally found a couple of alternative meals I really enjoy: 1 cup strawberries, .5c yogurt + 1 serving almonds, large apple + 1 serv simply Jif, arnold sandwich thin, lite deli ham + tomato slices. Also add my vitamin, some metamucil for fiber and 16 - 24 oz water 104
Any one of these meals will get me started on the day and keep me from feeling hungry until late morning, that is especially helpful when I'm at work!
Hey friends!! I have pretty bad IBS and started this supplement called Skinny Fiber about 2 weeks ago. This has changed my life! We all know fiber keeps you full and stabilizes blood sugar to curb hunger, but those of us with IBS have trouble digesting normal supplements like Metamucil or Benefiber (psyllium-based). Skinny Fiber contains glucomannan which is much more easily digested and more powerful. I am currently about 10 lbs from my goal weight and have lost a whole pants size since taking this
IBS has eased up immensely and the inches/bloat loss is worth it too! I've since become a distributor so I could get SF for a lower price and spread the word about this amazing supplement to those that suffer with IBS! You won't regret it!!
