Both are great.. you can track your meals, exercises, etc. Sparkpeople you can make new friends with the same goals as you... also on weight watchers. There are community boards on Sparkpeople, as well as on Weight watchers. The one thing that's different that I love about sparkpeople is that here it's free, no monthly fees to lose weight, no monthly fees to meet friends with mutual goals, no monthly fees to track your progress. Both are great... one is a little bit better for me.Sparkpeople!!

Slow down - eat slower. It takes your brain time to catch up with what you're eating. Put down your fork or spoon in between every single bite - you'll be amazed at how slowing down and taking time to enjoy/savor your food helps!4
