After reading here about uses of vinegar I have put some with water (white) in a squirt bottle. I use it to clean counters, stoves, sinks etc. I especially love the way it gets out stains on my carpets better than other spotters.

I use vinegar in with my whites when washing clothes - especially towels! It makes them fluffy and clean (in addition to smelling fresher) without using bleach. I really only use bleach now when somebody is ill. I also use it when washing the bathroom hand towels or decorative towels - gets out all sort of funky odors!!

How do you use it? Do you mixed with water, equal parts? I am not sure how to use it for cleaning. Thanks!

Some vinegar in your diet may improve your blood sugar Nobumasa Ogawa, Ph.D., of Tokyo University in Tokyo, discovered that the acetic acid inhibits the activity of several carbohydrate-digesting enzymes, when vinegar is present in the intestines, some sugars and starches temporarily pass through without being digested, so they have less of an impact on blood sugar. Just two teaspoons of vinegar, taken with a meal, may help you keep better blood glucose control. See more info...

White vinegar When it comes to multi-use products, white vinegar is king. Here are just some of the ways vinegar can be used:
•Make up a 25% vinegar with 75% water mixture and use it to clean windows. •To remove limescale, wrap a paper towel soaked in hot vinegar around the base of taps, leave for an hour, then remove and rinse. (This should not be done to plated fixings, as it will ruin the finish.) •Strong vinegar also makes a good natural spray-on weed killer.
