Being amazed and bewildered by small things gets me smiling and reminds me that the little things add up. Ahhing and ohhing over a pretty sunset, bird, bug, boat, drawing, meal, gift, flower or anything at all brings out my inner child. It is awfully hard to feel depressed and discouraged once that inner child is out and an much easier to smile.
