I wrap my meat in foil after putting the appropriate seasoning on the meat and stick it in my George Foreman grill. I also spray the foil with Pam for non stick cooking. the allows for quick clean up and moist flavorful meat.

  • Yes I wrap the meat up in foil seal the edges by folding over then just put in the Geprge Forman. And Yes I spray the inside of the foil where the meat goes. This allows for quick and easy clean up and the meat tastes great. - by PLPEEP
