I think it is important to take pride in what you've accomplished toward your goal(s). Look at the big picture every day, and be proud of your work. Even if a pound or two is back on the scale, the big picture is that you've been working hard, for months maybe. Dedication to your goal through all the ups and downs is something to be proud of.
