Drinking green tea helps speed up your metabolism, which in turn helps you burn more calories. For an added bonus drink green tea 20 minutes before exercise to encourage more calorie burning. I donít actually like the taste of green tea, but am drinking green tea with peppermint or lemon so as to hide the taste.
