Fridays are a great day knowing that the weekend is just about here. Try to plan ahead and try to get some exercise into your weekend. You have more control over your exercise during the weekend than food sometimes.

I see my trainer or schedule a cardio class for Fridays. Before I started doing this, I always skipped fridays at the gym. By scheduling something I never miss a Friday. Now Friday's are my favorite work out day because the gym is not as busy!198
