Drink Water



First thing in the morning I drink a glass of water. Then drink a glass before each meal. It helps me get my water in and it helps me 'fill up' quicker at meal times

  • This is a great tip. I add apple cider vingar to my water. It adds a low calorie (perhaps 0 calorie) kick. It wakes me up while at the same time helps to lower my hunger levels. emoticon - by MISSMK7
