Clean eating all the way! Cutting out processed foods and junk that our bodies can do without really helped in my case, as i'm sure it will with anyone else's if you have not already switched to this approach. Whole grains, legumes, veggies, fruits, lean and non-processed protein sources, and healthy fats are definitely the way to go to prevent from feeling hungry, all the while losing weight and breaking past a plateau emoticon emoticon
