you just have to keep moving. don't let old habits creep back in. after dinner get up and move. don't just settle into your lazy boy and crash...keep that metabolism going by putting a few extra steps in
do an extra 10 min. of cardio...some stair stepping...dance to your favorite music...just move

A year ago my arthritic knees had gotten so bad I was barely walking. It was a vicious circle, it hurt to move so I stopped moving which made my joints worse so I moved even less. The doctor recommended a round of physical therapy and regular pool exercise which got me moving again. I still have pain but I can walk and move normally through daily activities again. The lesson I finally learned is to keep moving to keep moving, especially when you don't feel like it!
No matter how much pain I am in, I know that the only thing that is going to help me feel better is to get up and move. As I am moaning and groaning as I move across the room, I make that special effort to do my stretches and warm up for that work out I know is going to make me feel much better inside and outside.
So My motivation is get up and move ( A body in motion stays in motion)
