I Really Can Have My Cake And Eat It Too!

If I really want it, I can have it!
Just not such a big piece and not so often.

Nothing is off limits for me. Because when I label a food “OFF LIMITS” I just want it all the more.

I know, some choices are healthier than others and I try to make good, solid nutritional choices 90+% of the time…BUT I do leave room in my plan for “FUN FOOD.”

That’s just it…I PLAN for the food and that’s how it FITS into my new healthier lifestyle.

    This is a much better way of looking at things! And I tend to find that the smaller portion is enough, more times than not! Thanks for sharing!

    Hum..Great minds think alike. The hard part is eating that smaller piece and less often. I get better and better the more I practice it.
