If I really want it, I can have it!
Just not such a big piece and not so often.
Nothing is off limits for me. Because when I label a food “OFF LIMITS” I just want it all the more.
I know, some choices are healthier than others and I try to make good, solid nutritional choices 90+% of the time…BUT I do leave room in my plan for “FUN FOOD.”
That’s just it…I PLAN for the food and that’s how it FITS into my new healthier lifestyle.
