I use to hate cutting cheese...like blocks of cheddar. I found the secret to easy cutting a few years ago.
WET THE KNIFE...duh!
Cuts like a hot knife thru butter.
MORE INFORMATION:
When grating cheese, wet the grater...You'll be amazed at how easy it becomes. Especially when cutting something like Velveeta.
Also, never rinse dishes, grater or knives in hot water. It melts the cheese and literally makes a hot mess, LOL! Always rinse with cold water...comes right off.

On some sandwiches, pastas, or salads, I can barely even taste the cheese. So I decided that I would only eat cheese when I knew I was going to appreciate its flavor to its fullest. Now I'm eating less and not missing it at all!
