Cutting Cheese




I use to hate cutting blocks of cheddar. I found the secret to easy cutting a few years ago.


Cuts like a hot knife thru butter.

More Information:

When grating cheese, wet the grater...You'll be amazed at how easy it becomes. Especially when cutting something like Velveeta.

Also, never rinse dishes, grater or knives in hot water. It melts the cheese and literally makes a hot mess, LOL! Always rinse with cold water...comes right off.
