Each day I have the moment to choose my thoughts. I can make it any type of day I want just by making a choice. For the most part I wake up each morning grateful for the day. I always take the time to be thankful for the day throughout my day, especially on days that are stressful. Finding the good in the day and the moments can keep you positive !

When you are having a pity party for yourself, try to refocus on all the positive things in your life to re-attune your attitude. Look at your accomplishments, all you are grateful for (it could be just because you woke up today sometimes! lol). "A joyful spirit is evidence of a grateful heart"
Keep saying "I am grateful for______" filling in the blanks each time with something different until you can no longer think of anything.
