Drinking water at room temperature helps me drink more. You can take bigger gulps if the water has no ice in it. It takes some getting used to but it really helps. I keep a brita water jug at my desk and fill it up every morning.

I have the same exact bottle that I have been using for the last 3 years!!! I have to drink 3 of them in a day to make sure I get in my 8-9 glasses of water a day. I found that room temperature water goes down faster and easier than cold water because it is not as big of a shock to my body.
The Right Way to Boil Eggs (Makes it easier to peel the shell too!)
Bring eggs to room temperature then place the eggs in room temperature water; bring to a boil then turn down to a low boil for 12 minutes. Quickly chill the eggs in ice cold water before peeling.
