Drinking water throughout the day has helped me maintain my weight. Before lunch I try to drink two bottles of water, that way I am not as hungry when lunch time rounds around.

MORE INFORMATION:
What I like about drinking so much water is when I weigh myself at night, I weigh the same as in the morning! Now I am just waiting for the pounds to roll off!
