Try changing little things to help you on your journey. Like parking far from your destination and walking that extra bit to get there. Drink one extra glass of water a day. Eat one more fruit or vegetable each day. Get up and walk or exercise during tv commercials. Whatever extra you can do each day will all add up to success.

Don't let one moment of downtime find you. Move as often as you can and make it count. Moments when you'd typicaly be standing still can be a mini exercise. If you are alone in the bathroom, do a little dance as you are washing your hands, brushing your teeth or combing you hair. Same while doing the dishes or talking on the phone. Every little bit helps.
When I make a recipe from a magazine or cookbook, I usuallly cut the butter and/or oil used for saute veggies in half. I usually find I dont need as much as was written, and if I do, I can always add a little more at a time. Every little bit helps!
