This Sparked Me!

I just read an article that said that bottled water is one of the most expensive things you can buy. Buy a nice water bottle, and refill it a home!

I'm so glad other ppl are doing this i have a water bottle in my car at my work at home and one in my purse most of the time. I hardly drink anything but water and if i do i get those flavored packs that u put right into your water bottle. Saves plastic and $$$ emoticon

Whenever I am given a water bottle to use I take the bottle home rinse out with super hot water and refill with our filtered water. We get about 4-5 uses out of each "throw away." With 4 kids it's easier to let my kids take a bottle to school or practice that I don't have to worry about them losing or forgetting about.

About a year ago I bought a stainless steel bottle{I hear that they are the best]. I fill it with my own tap water that I have filtered from my sink. Sometimes I drink it plain and sometimes I add some green tea. If I am going to be somewhere for a long time I add this plastic frozen ice bar to it.

I love my Kleen Kanteen 64 Oz bottle. I bring it to work every day. I have several smaller ones but this one is so convenient because of it's size. I can place it under the RO spout and fill while I am doing other chores to get out of the house and to work.

I've been doing this for yrs... hopefully now that it's the cool thing "to be green" more people will do it too.
