Secrets of Success

Yes.....Weight Gain! Supergirl Shake!

My mother has colon cancer that has spread to her bones, liver and breast. She is 87, was diagnosed in Dec. and is still going to her great granddaughters ballgames. She has had radiation and lost a lot of weight. We have since put weight back on her by making her what she calls SUPERGIRL shakes. She loves them!
They consist of a runners' water bottle full of this concoction....

More Information:

The Supergirl shake consists of 1 scoop of !00% Isopure Whey protein powder that I use in Chocolate chip....Add to few ounces of milk..shake very well...add about 1/4 c. prune juice, a bottle of Ensure, a couple scoops of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and a little more milk if there is room. She loves it!
