Today bowled on a new league with 2 new members, young men. they bowl over 200 and I have my 148 average but I carry the handicap for them. We won all 4 and 2 other teams won 4 but we out bowled them. I think we have won the championship all ready according to others. People can't out bowl them. Have you ever been in a sport that a couple of players where way ahead of the others? It is fun really.

I add vegetables to pre-made or canned stews, soups, and chilis to make them last longer, reduce the amount of calories per serving and sodium I ingest, and keeps me fuller. In the long run, this seems to save money, too. It's also a great way to use leftover vegetables, or last night's leftovers. Might also be a good way to get kids to eat more veggies without them noticing. It's win-win-win-win.

Pre-made things don't have enough veg servings in them. This saves calories because the additional veggies make me full with just 1 serving of the soup. Like, I added mushrooms to beef chili. Has all nutritional benefits from the mushrooms, and they soaked up lots of flavor and sodium.
