I work in a warehouse and today instead of walking from my packing station straight to the restroom, I took the long way around. This is about 3 times the distance. And I drank so much water today, that I walked to the restroom 9 times!!

Sneaky ways to get in protein and stay fuller longer!
The newest additions to the Yoplait family is the Greek yogurt and Yoplait smoothies. The Greek yogurt is yummy, unlike other brands, if you don't get unflavored, 130 calories, 12 grams of protein, 0 fat. Smoothies use only skim milk and are 140 calories plus 1 cup of skim milk. Yum!
My sisters and I will often buy bulk items and split it and the cost between us, 10 pounds of potatoes would be much too much for just DH and I. But split 4 ways it's just enough. When one of us sees a bargain, we'll call the others to see if they need or want to share.
Recent bargains: 5lbs sharp cheddar cheese: 10.50 (5.25 split with one sister)
25lbs organic long grain brown rice: 23.00 (Split 3 ways)
I work on the 1st floor of my building, but I use the restroom on the 3rd floor. On the way back to my office, I stop to walk a lap around the 2nd floor. According to my pedometer, this route takes me 600 steps--540 more than if I use the restroom closest to me on the 1st floor! 311
