It's amazing that by doing different ab exercises, using the treadmill, exercising with weights, and eating while standing makes a difference on how I feel and how much I eat.. And blending fruits and veggies helps control my hunger. The objective when eating is to feel satisfied not full

    Learning to stop when satisfied, not full, is so important! It's one of the primary keys to success and health. In our over-loaded food culture it's not an easy thing.
