Try to stay away from the supposed "healthy" processed food. Instead, grill up some onions, tritip steak, red bell peppers, chicken, and zuccini for something truly healthy, but still with that amazing flavor.
Food that does contain chemicals is SO harmful.
Eat a handful of grapes! Eat some strawberries. Grill your own chicken! It's yummy and healthy!

Eating foods with sugar or food that quickly turns to sugar produces more insulin and because of this it signals your brain to want to eat more which causes you to gain weight. Stick to carbs that have a low glycemic load and you will lose weight faster. Most good carbs come from plant food! Eat unprocessed foods like raw veggies or steamed veggies, salads and veggie soups. Remember its also fiber that makes the difference, add whole grains and nuts to your daily diet.
