I find that if I take the time in the morning to wear something nice to work, fix my hair, and apply make up I feel better and my day goes better. I just feel it gives me a energy boost even if no one notices.

While my daughter & I play the Wii (basketball, bowling, tennis, wakeboarding) I tend to keep myself moving while I play or while she's up playing. I do like aerobic style stuff & push-ups, crunches, etc..
I recently grew a lot of salad in my garden and starting eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner with some other foods on the side. I found a felt full with a bunch of salad because it crowded out other foods I would eat instead. I lost six pounds in one week and am still losing.
