I love this quote because it reminds me to take one day of weight loss at a time. There's no reason I should be looking months and years into the future. I need to focus on today. How can I better myself today to improve my chances to reach my ultimate goal? Think of each day as a mini-race. Make it through today and we'll take on tomorrow when it comes.

There is no substitute for Perserverance and Consistency. Another thing I learnt in Spark, more from people in my age group.You need to move, to improve.311342313 I know do chair exercises, chair yoga and stretches under the watchful eyes of a trained physiotherapist. I have moved from being wheel chair bound to using a cane to walk in a matter of 6 months. Lost about 55 to 56 lbs, more because of a debilitating infection, Dengue. Now maintenance is the challenge.
I need to be careful as I have spondilytis as well. I am now a 100% Vegetarian, also follow Ayurvedic therapy for pain and weight management. Also I believe we should all do the exercise to suit our body type,
