  • I decided to be physically active for 30 minutes each day in September 2010. I also decided to meditate 10 minutes each day, and to get to bed no later than 10:30 pm each night. So far I haven't been perfect in any of the three goals, but I'm way ahead of where I would have been without setting those goals.
