pick a small achievable goal: eat fruit only for breakfast or salad only for lunch, or pack lunch instead of buying all week. small deadline: this week only, or for the next two weeks. pick a deadline that's doable.

It is always good to plan, make a plan that will help to see you through...but if you don't know what it should look like. Take out a notebook just for this purpose, write down everything that comes to mind about losing weight, eating healthy, exercising in three different columns.
Don't censor yourself. When your done, put it away and walk away. Pick it up the next day and pick out small achievable goals from the ideas on your lists, then choose one that you will work on for a month. Keep adding another each month, eventually you will realize your ultimate goal.
