SO I do not get in a rut with my eating plans, I try something new at least once a month. This week I bought some apple pears. LAst time I tried some green pluots. Mixing things up,helps keep me motivated and on track. emoticon

    I liked Apple pears ( asian pears) so much I have a tree. I have been eating off of it every day since JUly. They get sweeter every day but I must keep ahead of the Moths, bees, ants and birds. Next year I am going to try to put each tiny one in a snack size plastic bag and tie it on. It prevents the moths from planting an egg which will turn into those nasty little worms. Keep exploring the wonderful tastes!
