While reading blogs, post and secrets you learn a little about people and you can see that people on Spark have a hard time saying NO. While visiting my Spark friends I see they cannot say NO and keep taking on more. Today a girl called and asked if I would sub for her at 12 tomorrow. I said yes but I bowl 9 and 6 o'clock too, so I will have a work out. We have good hearts and can't say NO. God will not put more than we can handle on us so give a helping hand. 252
The emportant thing is not what you weight today, or how far you can run, but that you are improving. If your goal is to lose 50 pounds and you lose 2 pounds the 1st week should you get discouraged because you are 48 pounds heavier than you want to be? NO. You say, "Hallelujah, what a great week! and CONTINUE with your plan. :)
