If you restrict it to one meal and get right back on track, if you only binge once a month, you will still lose weight! You never feel deprived because you *always* have a "feast meal" every single month...BUT you must not deviate from this strategy! For me, so far, so good...34 lbs. down 'n' counting! emoticon

    I guess it would to plan that meal for after you weigh in for the month, and to put it on the calendar so you don't binge once/week or once/day etc.

    I do this too and am down 63.1lbs to this day! most experts say this is a recipe for disaster, but like you I never deviate from the plan! It's nice to know I'm not alone, thanks for posting this, you made me smile!!!!! emoticon

    Very true. One bad meal does not ruin an entire healthy lifestyle. We simply need to eat, enjoy and get right back on track & regain a healthy state of mind. And we are doing that!!
