My baby was diagnosed with eczema recently and after searching the web I found a natural way to control it. Oatmeal. I give her oatmeal baths. I simply add it to her bathwater and even rinse her with the milky water. It has done wonders! I started on Sat and to day is Tues. What a HUGE difference it has made. I highly recomment!

MORE INFORMATION:
Use a regular carrot...not baby carrots.
Failing to make 10,000 steps a day was a bit discouraging until I realized that I hadn't attained a smaller goal of 5,000 steps. I reset my pedometer from 10,000 to 5,000 and four days after reaching 5,000 steps consecutively, I hit 10,000!!! Bottom line is: I try not to make my goals unattainable.
MORE INFORMATION:
A pedometer is all that's necessary here, and remembering that if giant steps aren't working, there's always the baby steps to fall back on!
