Cucumber "Spa" Water - Tasty Way To Get Those 8 Glasses

I got this idea from my favorite Spa. Peel and slice thin half a cucumber and add to a quart water bottle. Chill. Delicious, refreshing. Keep refilling. The cukes will last 2-3 days, on day 3 take them out and eat them...still crunchy! A tasty zero calorie way to get in 8 glasses/day - and a way to feel like your at the spa!

If you have difficulty getting your 8 glasses of water each day, try this very refreshing and tasty recipe: Add a half sliced orange, half a lime and a few slices of cucumber to a pitcher of water. The cucumber will actually be the most overpowering ingredient so I only add about 2 slices. This is especially great in the summer time
