I like to get moving when I clean and organize the house. If sweeping isn't enough movement for you, then use the broom to do a few exercises and dance dance dance with your vacuum! Not to mention, moving around big boxes or tubs for some reorganizing can really act as some good strength exercises.
Don't forget putting away groceries. Bring each bag in one by one for additional exercise. Do some arm curls with the cans as you put them away...get creative. There are lots of things you can do!!
It's hard to make yourself do things you don't want to do- so don't! There has to be something you're excited about- do that. It still counts if you're having fun. If you're not sure, that means you get to try everything. Try a crazy belly dancing dvd, or play Dance Dance Revolution with your kids. Just have fun!
