Listen to your emotions because your mind does affect your body. It is okay to be sad, it isn't a weakness. It is okay to be angry. It isn't indicative of a mean person. It is okay to be HAPPY! It isn't something a person needs to feel guilty about because we haven't done everything we are "supposed" to do. That will never happen. Truly feel your emotions rather than fighting them. Your body will experience less stress and therefore less sickness, which also affects emotional health.

Knitting - A Distraction From My Emotions And Eating
My emotions and thoughts sometimes get out of control and I turn to food to lessen the emotion.
