I have to get up to go to the gym at 5:30am. The only way I get there is by packing my gym bag the night before. That way I can just roll out of bed and go. And when the little voice in my head says you should sleep in today, I can argue back that my bag is packed and I'm awake so I better just go.

I have a problem with temptation, so I prepare myself daily that I will NOT eat bad food options (i.e. stop for a soda or something to eat from fast food). This way, I am prepared to drive right past and not stop!
As I am preparing meals, I am moving and cleaning behind myself. I want to sit down and enjoy the meal and having the kitchen clean as I eat - helps lower the stress and anxiety I feel. After I grab my water and sit down - dinner is a joy!41
After making 4 smalls meals a routine, I realised an easy way for me to get in my water is to have 16 oz/2 cups while I am preparing each meal. Not only do I always remember my water, but I am less hungry and tuck away fewer calories at each meal.
