I have to get up to go to the gym at 5:30am. The only way I get there is by packing my gym bag the night before. That way I can just roll out of bed and go. And when the little voice in my head says you should sleep in today, I can argue back that my bag is packed and I'm awake so I better just go.

Yep! That works for me too. Nothing worse than stumbling out of bed and searching for clothes, make up, etc. I use the driving to the gym as my wake up time - just don't tell everyone else on the road! :-) Thanks for sharing the tip, it makes me remember how much I like to work out in the morning. ~ J

So true, when we are unprepared it is easy to procrastinate but having the bag ready to go or sleeping in our gym clothes removes the excuses.
