I've gone back to the Nutrition Tracker and recorded food that I've kept in a hand written food diary a day later or more. This really helps because I see what the vitamins, sodium, and calories really are instead of the estimates I give myself. I'm also proud of how close I stay within my calorie range when I eat out. I'm far from perfect, but this really helps!! And, it's pretty easy to do! emoticon
