When ever I find I have had a rough day, or maybe have made bad food choices, the next morning I look in the mirror and say "Today is a new day, and like Today, it is a new me ready to make new choices"

More Information:

Before I go to bed, I reflect a bit on some of my poor choices. Decide what may have been a better choice, and put those options in my mental bag of tools for tomorrow!
