Kitchen Timer




Whenever I am craving sweet or wanting to eat something I shouldn't... I go in my kitchen and set the timer for 10 min. By the time it dings and time is up.. I am usually so busy with something else that I totally forgot what I was craving. This has saved me many splurges!
