You can try again really you can. I had just about given up trying to lose this excess weight. Looking for the miracle answer I didn't know where to turn. Finally after realizing I had the answer right in front of me in my living room. I have all the books based upon The Biggest Loser plan and I started reading them. I realized that actually reading about a full lifestyle change plan then implementing it is the thing that works. The key is not just to be motivated by need to get healthy but ....

Get motivated by knowledge of what it truly takes to lose weight, read, research, make notes. I've done that by reading the books put out by The Biggest Loser.I made it my mission to be properly informed before I started to make changes. So far it's working in 3 weeks I've lost 7.5 pounds!!!!

    That IS the key. I am a motivational book junkie and am finally putting it all together to IMPLEMENT, the key component I was always missing. Congrats on your weight loss and continued journey!
