Keeping track of your food intake through spark's My nutrition helps you keep focused on your intake goals. You become more conscious of what you eat, how long it will take to log it in. Some things you're not going eat because its just too time consuming to enter it into the system. If it's too much trouble to log it then maybe you shouldn't eat it. Tracking your intake helps foster consistency also. Being aware of how much you consume enables you to refine & modify your food intake accordingly.

    i liked this. i track every day, it helps me keep motivated and i like the feedback i get from the nutritional tracker. if i do badly one day, it is there for me to see and i can do better the next day (or the next meal) emoticon

    The nutritional tracker is so helpful to me. It lets me see
exactly what I'm eating compared to what I should be eating.
With this information I can eat much healthier and feel better.

    If I don't log, I lie! This TOTALLY keeps me on track with how many calories I eat each day. It's a vital tool to my healthy lifestyle.
