On the days you choose not to go to Gym. Do a leisurely walk around your neighborhood twice for a total of 20 minutes. One in the morning and 1 in the affternoon minutes each.

Its not the heavy cardio you do at the gym. but it helps and it s guick and easy to work into your day.l

    Glad this works for you. Guess it's different for everyone. For me the idea of pretending I'm not exercising on my days off when I actually am, just doesn't work. My body needs recovery time.
