Cinnamon sticks have recently found their role in lowering the blood sugar level in the natural way by lowering insulin resistance..i read this on web MD but cannot recall the link..

  • You have to be very careful when taking cinnamon. You shouldn't take straight cinnamon in large doses or long-term or it can destroy your liver. If you want to take it daily for blood sugar control, it's better to use the water extracty of cinnamon, Cinnulin pf, which (by the water method) has had the dangerous components taken out.
