How To Get Kids (or Husbands) To Eat Healthy



I always pair, something new (healthy food) with an old favorite. Such as Mac and Cheese or my husband likes pasta so, I will make steamed salmon and egg noodles and brocolli. I always give them regualr size servings of everything, but if they want more of the old fav they need to eat, the veggie or meat. They might opt not to have more, which is fine, beacuse they will eat it if they are hungry.
