I eat at least one bunch of steamed spring greens like kale, collards, stinging nettles etc, each day. This time of the year market fresh greens are sweet and delicious.

    I really crave bitter greens on a regular basis; in the Spring, particularly.

It's really lovely to have one of these with pasta as a meatless supper dish.
