After working on weight loss for a while, I finally realized that if I looked at my nutrition tracker and my activity trackers for the weeks when I had good weight losses, it was easy to find out what I did that really worked. Plateau's are part of healthy and normal weight loss...chart your weight loss and make small changes in anticipation of them. Sometimes it's just avoiding salt, sugar or even something as simple as just drinking a little extra water...point is, it is normal, it is healthy and it is part of your weight loss journey! The more you chart, and in turn learn to anticipate them, the easier it is to overcome the plateau...it may be a matter of weeks or a month BUT it does pass...stay positive!!!
